Mound Ridge offers a wide variety of lodging options ranging from our rustic and cozy lodge to fun, dorm-style group cabins, perfect for youth groups. No matter the building you choose, Mound Ridge strives to create a fun and family-friendly environment. Check out each of our lodging options to find out which one (or two or three!) is right for your group. We have space for up to 63+ people in beds but plenty more if your group has some tent campers and an RV or two!
Capacity 1 or 2 People
Nestled into the hillside and overlooking the Meramec River where walleye, trout, and bass make their home, this cabin is secluded from the rest and a place for relaxation and reflection. There is a screened in porch to step out onto so one can enjoy the beauty and nature that this place has to offer. Meramec accommodates up to two people and contains a bathroom, fireplace, and kitchen with provided coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator.
Capacity 4 People
Tucked away behind the dining hall, the Mace Cottage served as a nurse’s cabin for summer programs before being converted into a residential cabin. The cottage is inhabitable for all weather and temperatures as it was upgraded in 2012 to have heating and air conditioning. An outdoor deck was added and the screened in porch was renovated, taking out the lower wall and replacing it with a screen to create a full view of the wooded area around the cottage. Mace Cottage can sleep up to four people in two rooms; each room containing two twin beds. Available amenities are a microwave, refrigerator, outside BBQ grill, and coffee pot.
The Retreat Lodge is nestled among towering pines and bur oak trees overlooking the Meramec River. Able to be inhabited even through the coldest of winter months, the Lodge is perfect for a cozy getaway.
Each bedroom in the Retreat Lodge contains an electric fireplace, ceiling fan, and optional linen service are available. Also available are cots for small children.
Full Bed and Twin Bed
The main section of the lodge is a gathering space with room enough for up to 30 people. To the left is the warming kitchen (added 2014) and, to the right, a set of steps leading to the C1 bedroom and bathroom. The Center lodge also features a new day bed that over looks the Meramec River and lower fields
The C1 bedroom has a Full bed, desk, and closet.
Seven twin Beds
The North end of the Retreat Lodge contains three bedrooms that sleep up to seven people. There are two full baths and two half-baths as well as a porch
Five twin beds
The South end of the Retreat Lodge contains two bedrooms that sleep up to five people. There is one full bath ADA accessible shared by both rooms and one half-bath as well as a porch

Formerly a summer open-air cabin, Osage has been recently renovated with finished interior walls and new bathrooms. The cabin is spacious enough for 8 guests (or one family group) in each wing (16 total) and each wing has its own bathroom. Osage Cabin is heated and air conditioned which makes it inhabitable all year long.

Renovated in 2011, Chippewa is now a year-round cabin. Like it’s sister, Osage, Chippewa holds 8 guests in each wing and has two indoor access bedrooms. It is also air conditioned and heated making it available for most of the year
